Feeding Section

• Continuously or skip feeding with counter.

• Frequency controls vacuum airflow and pressure to match the cardboard size.
• Electric adjusted feeding route, reduces the pressure of paper-pulling rollers.
• Efficient de-dusting device, dual brushes and air suction to clean the dust and dirt from printing surface.
• Roller clearance is adjusted by self-lock structure. 

Printing Section

• With hanging pringting plate system, easy for changing plate.
• Pringting phase is controlled by computer and electric.
• The range of transverse phase is ±10mm, which is controlled by computer and electric.
• The clearance of rollers is adjusted by self-lock structure.
• Printing phase fixing device adopts electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism.
• Auto-restoration system after cleaning the printing plate.
• Inking saving system, when changing ink or cleaning, it can save ink 0.4-0.5kg each time of each section (suitable for roll to roll inking system).

Slotting Section

• Single shaft, the box height adjustment is adopted intimal gear structure.
• Pre-creasing wheel protects the sheet from crushing. Up creasing wheel is wrapped with polyurethane rubber, won’t damage the sheet.
• The traversing structure of slotting cutter is lead screw with linear guide, guarantee the precise movement.
• The up and down cutter seats are linked by transmission shaft keeps aligning during moving, extends tool life.
• Slotting phase and box height adjustment are controlled by computer and electric.
• Flexible angle cutter structure can cut 3ply and 5ply sheet without adjustment, easy operation.
• Slotting cutter and box height adjustment have anti-collision protection device avoiding the machine from damage.
• Optional dual shaft or double creaser.

Die-cutting Section

• The anvil drum can rotate and axially move ±50mm.
• The cutting phase is controlled by computer and electric.
• The range of transverse phase is ±10mm, controlled by computer and electric.
• The clearance of transfer of anvil drum and cutter roller is controlled by computer and electric.
• Independent motor drive, the compensation range of anvil drum is ±3mm
• The grinding structure of anvil drum keeps the anvil surface smooth.
